Choreographer, performer, teacher and video director Laura Guarnera trained at the Laban Centre, London in 1989. She is a qualified Garuda apparatus and Mat teacher, studying directly with the inspiring teacher and friend James D'Silva, developer of the Garuda Method. She is a versatile and knowledgeable teacher with over 30 years of experience in movement, and a diverse background in Dance, Pilates, Gyrotonic, Yoga, Franklin method, Body Mind Centering and Contact Improvisation.
What to expect from Laura's classes:
Laura Guarnera is offering weekly InSpiral Flow Yoga, Pilates, Garuda classes live via Zoom. Laura will guide you through the process of unfolding, connecting to a deeper source within ourselves. These classes are open for all looking to awaken and restore a sense of self and create an integrated state of being.
Klein Technique™ with Antonio de la Fe
£5 per class (other offers available)
Monday - Fridays: 10:30am - 12pm // Fridays: 7pm - 8:30pm
Antonio is a London-based choreographer and performer with a background in physiotherapy and Pilates. Antonio took their first Klein Technique™ workshop with Susan Klein in 2010 and since then they have studied regularly with her. Antonio joined the fourth Klein Technique™ Teacher Certification Program in March 2016, taking place between New York and Europe, and in June 2019 they became certified as a Klein Technique™ teacher.
What to expect from Antonio's classes:
Klein Technique™ is a process of discovery and rediscovery. It is ongoing and continual. It requires a constant blending of theoretical information and experiential practice. It requires time. Like nature, it is ordered and infinite in its discovery. A practice that helps to quiet the mind, get centred in the body and ground down to the earth.
Yoga with Yogabelle

Wednesdays: 6.30 - 8pm (beginner/improvers) & 8 - 9.30pm (intermediates)
Saturdays: 10 - 11.30am (open to all levels)
Prompted by back-pain, Belle Greenwood took up yoga some 25 years ago discovering a positive shift, and not only physically. Like a bubble of oxygen rising up though turbulent waters, yoga helped gain clarity to take the next best step forward - sometimes immediate clarity, sometimes not so immediate! But with regular practice, it always delivered. She is a qualified Yoga Therapist specialised to work safely, adapting and tailor making practices for people with compromised health and for whom individual or small group classes are more appropriate.
What to expect from Yogabelle classes:
Release stress, build strength, stamina and flexibility, alongside deep relaxation, overall well-being and joie de vivre. Working deeply with vital breath, weaving classical asana (postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation, chanting and Yoga Nidra ('yoga sleep'/guided visualisation/relaxation), Belle will guide you to build a strong, focused, relaxed and integrated self. Various classes are available, suitable for complete beginners to those with an established practice.

In need of a Yoga retreat? Join Yogabelle & others on 27 & 28 June for a Deep Rest Virtual Yoga Retreat by Yoga on a Shoestring.
The retreat offers two long morning practices on Saturday 27 and Sunday 28 June to promote deep rest. Through breath work, mindful asana, meditation, mantra and yoga nidra plan a weekend to top up your tank with rest and relaxation. Dive into practices to aid better sleep and feel renewed. Join Lisa Powell, Raquel Alves, Dory Walker and Belle Greenwood for 5 hours of yoga practices.
Classes are donation based, give what you can, if you can.

Gaga classes offer a framework for users to connect to their bodies and imaginations, experience physical sensations, improve their flexibility and stamina, exercise their agility and explosive power, and enjoy the pleasure of movement. Gaga's movement language is developed by Ohad Naharin, house choreographer of Batsheva Dance Company, and constantly evolving.
